Fast Weight Loss
Many people want fast weight loss. It can happen but you still have to make wise
choices about your health. You also have to keep in mind that fast weight loss may not always
be permanent or healthy weight loss.
With this in mind, I have created this site to help you decide what kind of program can work for
you. And what kind of help you may need during your weight loss program.
My name is Debbie and I was overweight in college. I didn't think I was that overweight at the
time. But over the years I became more and more unhappy with my appearance.
Weight Loss Fail
I tried many weight loss programs, diets, fads, drinks, pills, foods, and so on. I
even worked with a trainer to exercise and during this time was able to stay on a diet for a whole six weeks. I was
rewarded by a loss of five pounds; my trainer told me it was because I had gained muscle. It was supposed to be a
good thing.
So... why was I still unhappy with my body? Maybe because I had gone from fat to a new boxy look.
Perhaps I had more muscle, but I was still too large! I felt very unfeminine.
This, to me, was proof that the typical diet and exercise does
not work for everyone.
That is why I have created this site. I want to share what I have learned so, hopefully, others can
be inspired, gain hope, and help their bodies lose weight.
And just so you know, I did lose weight. It didn't happen until I turned 30, but
it happened when I learned what to do. And I didn't expect it to happen.
I am not a trainer, guru, ultra thin or some health
nut.
I did not create my own program, for I am no trainer, dietician, nutritional counselor, or anything
like that. Nor do I have any desire to be.
I still pay attention to my weight because I love fatty food and I hate working out. And things are
different now, I have children I want to cook and bake for.
At the same time, I want to take care of myself and I realize that my outer
self is a reflection of my inner health. So - I have more than one tool in my arsenal of weight control.
This site will share my
favorite programs that work for fast weight loss. And I say fast weight loss because I lost 40 pounds in two
months. After years of being overweight, two months is a very short time!
